What google found me related to your question.

http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f11/l...right-1216150/

This guy had the same issue, tried everything and finally just used ACOS spacers to even his lean out. read through that link and see if it helped you understand what all the components are supposed to look like and match it to yours and see if you have stuff his doesnt or vice versa.

Then get back with us.

Possibly damaged axle coil bucket from wheeling maybe? Pics would be able to help us much better.

chopping the top seems like it would take about 5-10 min with a angle grinder or sawzall. seems the most work is cleaning up the cuts, reinforcing the sides and roof where you cut.

iv read that you shouldnt chop unless you cage it because it kills the unibodys strenth when taking the roof off. Basicly it will fold like a taco off road with no roof or cage.

:no experience with it,just have read up on it:

But I say do it!

So bought a two speed fan from a Taurus and need to figure out how to wire it? Could somebody post a pic of wiring diagram? Would like to just run it off of a switch and not the temp sensor

Depending on how many amps that fan pulls they make fan controller kits that have a probe that kicks the fan on at 180* and you can wire an over ride into it so you could turn it on whenever. http://www.etrailer.com/Radiator-Fan...FVBgMgodg34ATg

I know on high when it kicks in it draws 80A then 30A constant not sure on low but would rather just run a switch. Been reading I could use a starter relay from a Ford which I already have. Could I use that? If so how to wire that

Yeah it draws big time amps so you need a big relay to power them... Some places make a 80 amp relay but I guess you could rig up a set up like that

Just need to kinda keep it cheap on a h.s. budget and need to get it out if a friends shop so I figured I'd ask on here about the starter relay

Detours a pillar light brackets, hella 500s are a popular cheap light, or there are a ton of choices for really good lights.

On the pillar brackets or the lights? Detours brackets are cheap and look good. Lights what's your budget and how are you at wiring? First thing, relays!

I guess it would work if you have one... Just use the right gauge wire. Why are you running one is a better question... Stock set up works great for me
