ok well it ran fine before the work was done just mesquito smoked like crazy & burned a ****load.of oil but overall kept gas and oil in it and it would drive anywhere lol

yes sir ive swapped them with no luck it wouldnt even start this time

well the crooked rocker arm defnitly has something to do with it got pictures???. you need to do a compression check. possible that the rings did not get put on correctly. the gaps should be staggered on the rings. also possible that the head gasket is torn from improper installation.......

by chance is the crank case pressure excessive??? this could be signs of the rings being improperly installed allowing the compression to go back into the crank case.
