Go to the napa or any parts dealer online to get views and pictures.
How do you know that your oil pressure is zero? You may be over-reaching. What year and size engine? Describe the knock.

Well give us a chance to help, without data we have absolutely nothing to go on. If the persons that told this "10000" times did not have any data then they just gave you an opinion. This forum is here to share and help, so give us some data....like a video, you never said what your oil pressure was or how you measured it, you did not describe the knock/tick (all 4.0s tick)does it knock at idle?at cruise speed?Decel?warm or cold?
If you are satisfied with the "10000 times" why did you come to this forum?

Here is my opinion on this. When bearing wear to the point that you have no oil pressure it's very likely that damage as been done to the crank and possibly the rods. So either replace the motor or take it out and do a proper rebuild.
Otherwise, just go to NAPA and order the stock size bearings from Sealed Power, install them, and cross your fingers and hope they last another week.

He will have to tear into first. He may not have std. bearings. Sometimes the factory installs oversize on a journal that was turned wrong. There is a code under the motor I.D. # that will tell you, if this is the case, and what size bearings you have.

Everybody here has made good points. The thing about rebuilding the lower end of an engine is it takes more then just knowing what one or two parts are.
Like others have mentioned if you have no oil pressure you probably cooked your bearings... Which in turn means you need to take your crankshaft to get inspected by a machine shop to check for journal wear. After you do that they will recomend the bearings you need and will order them for you...
Also this type of project doesn't happen in a few hours. Expect to not have your jeep running for at least a few weeks.

I mean its a knock at idle its really loud on. Start up but been that way awhile its only got 96000 miles on it it started. After using a fram oil filter my pressure infos coming from 2 new. Oil.pressure.sending.unit or opsu I've installed. Both read the same I hope the crank ain't worn down that bad and its a renix motor
