Has low oil pressure been verified with a mechanical gauge?
Sure the flexplate bolts aren't just loose and you've got a faulty oil sender telling you the pressure is low?
If the pressure is truly that low, as stated, your cam bearings are mostlikely wiped out. Time for a rebuild.
