Im not really looking for it to be loud. I just want it to be louder than my dynomax, which is just barely louder and deeper than stock

Are all the oval magnaflows created equal? And my dynomax is held on with brackets. Is that okay to do with the Magnaflow or does it need to be welded?

I am looking to make my exhaust really loud. I just want to be driving down the road and people hear me coming and think "that's a nice jeep!" my 2000 XJ has a custom exhaust pipe already...how do I make it louder?

Has anyone "dumped" their exhaust on their xj? If so how does it sound?

Have you tried putting a supr 40 or super 44 series muffler on it?

Question. I'm putting a supper 44 on my xj. It's a 2.5 inlet. I purchased a 2.25 to 2.5 adapter but it's the same size as the other pipes instead if slightly smaller or larger to fit onto the pipes. Shouldn't I be able to find on that will do that? Does anyone know what is the right combination? Is the xj pipe 2.25 ID or OD and the muffler is it 2.5 ID or OD? Thanks in advance.

The closest i think your gonna get to sounding like a v8 is a loud but clean muffler...i have the loudest flowmaster available and i must say its no V8 but the closest thing i've heard to it.lol One guy on here with the same muffler has been asked if he dropped a V8 into it.lol

you could go straight pipe but i think the 4.0 sounds bad straight i would go with like a super 10 or like a cherry bomb extreme i know you get a extreme for about $50 off of amazon but i'm not sure on the super 10 but just search a round and see what the best kind of sound/decibal is for you, im going with the extreme got it in the mail from what i've seen on youtube its pretty lound and i like the sound it gives,
