Haha flowmaster 40 I'm sure sounds better. But I paid like 25 bucks for a glass pack and it sounds great.

Do it. Pick up a glass pack and you'll sound like a tank

My ticking was coming from the manifold. Since I replaced it with the banks header the ticking has stopped. Ticking can be many things though, but most often it is the usual cracked manifold.

Dynomax mufflers are only slighing louder than stock, so it depends on what you are going for.

I was going to get the same! What size inlet/outlet you get so it slips right on?

I've been looking up cherry bomb glasspacks and they come in all different lengths, does it matter what length I get? I was looking at 26", there's also 18" and shorter...'

Thanks!

I have a dynomax catback on my '99 right now and thinking about going with either a Flowmaster 50 or a Magnaflow because its just a little too quiet for me. Anybody whose owned a dynomax and either of these two mufflers, especially the Magnaflow care to share the difference? Im looking for something that sounds louder, deeper and richer tone.
