Then pipe going in and out 20$ set it about 100-115.

So I was thinking of going with a flowmaster 44 muffler for my xj. But having flowmasters on other vehicles in the past I'm aware of the flowmaster droning. Basically I just want something with a nice deep idle. Any suggestions?

I need to know what size the piping is.

Those of you who have mandrel piping on your rig , what is your set up like?
Did you go 2.5 from the muffler back or all the way to the down pipe 2.5 ?
I was just wondering if muffler back was worth it.

 

I pm'ed him your exact question 2weeks ago, have yet to get a reply. I wished it was 2.5

 

I think muffler back would be more for sound than performance. Just a thought. My dad's jeep has 2.25" pipe all the way back with a cherrybomb and it seems to breathe really well. I'm gonna do 2.5 from the downpipe back on mine. Got my cat from PC, can't wait to have it all together
