This would be basically just like running straight pipe.

yeah the question is if it will still sound good like the fm 10 tho, like i since they are pretty close performance wise im gonna go with sound. but if they are equal in sound i will take the little bump in power. so the question is if the magnaflow sounds as good as the fm10

You really won't "feel the power" with any muffler...

You could feel a small difference going from stock to a high flow muffler. You will not feel any difference between the Super 10, Super 44 or MagnaFlow's on our 4.0's. Go with the one that sounds best to you. Anything under 400hp and I wouldn't even consider flow between performance mufflers.

Yea, 30,000 square feet of mufflers, pipes, brakes, filters, etc.. Takes around 2-3 days to do.

Magnaflow Xl muffler...its not an oval like most mufflers..its just a round canister or a pencil muffler. Its still quiet enough to not be annoying but loud enough to love it!
Look here:
http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/02muffler.asp
and in the "quick search box" put round muffler, center inlet/center outlet! It'll list all the mufflers fitting those options..find a muffler you like & get the part number.
Then search that part number online for the cheapest pricing!

Universal mufflers are usually oval and tend to be super quiet. Your looking at Magnapacks & XL mufflers. They have a round body..not oval! Magnapacks are a little more aggressive sounding and if I didn't have a newborn in the car I would have got that, but I got a XL muffler which is the same just a little quieter.
I used part# 12646 its a 2.5", 18" long muffler. Theres also #12866 which is the same muffler but its only 14" long..the smaller one would be slightly louder!
The magnapack part numbers for these are #10416 for a 2.5" 14" long muffler, or #10426 for a 2.5" 18" long muffler.

I go for the magnapack honestly..plus all magnaflow mufflers have a lifetime warranty which is nice!
