My bad. I was thinking about my 1st XJ, a '92 with fixed wing windows. I was thinking about getting doors off of a '97 to get the full windows. I used to run a newspaper route and used to bank my knuckles on that wing window.

so in order to get the full one piece windows a full door swap is needed?

Heck, no. Not on a 84 to 96.

i have a 92 and i want the wing windows gone. just a one piece window.. from the a pillar to the b pillar..

they make conversions for that/

97 and later doors. Requires mods to the latch/striker etc. Not for the faint of heart.
