You've certainly had more than you share of problems with it.
Sort of reminds me of my 2015 Ford Escape in a way ... except it only had one major problem ... that the District Engineer told the dealer not to try to fix. Many other people on the Escape forum have the same problem, and so far no one has had the final fix for it.
But after buying nothing but Ford's for over 30 years ... and having Ford tell the dealer not to try to fix it ... now you know why I came over to Jeep.
I know you haven't been happy with your vehicle, but I hope they can fix the issues for ya. Sounds like at least Jeep is trying.

Anyway.. hopefully this crew can square me away.. I didnt buy it to complain about it..
Popping sound when turning left to right at any speed,
the surge shifting gets out of control randomly now..
master window control, right side out, both rears stop worrking at random,
the 4 wheel drive unavailable which i doubt they can recreate unless they hit a mudhole..
it lags when cold, the engine does.. not sure how to properly explain it..
everything else is recall stuff.. yall already know what i do about that stuff..

I can't say enough great things about my dealer, Junge Ford in Center Point Iowa. I've been with them over 30 years now. They bent over backwards to try to right the wrong with my 2015 Ford Escape. And they were not happy with Ford's handling of my problem. They were even willing to try to fix it on their own dime, if Ford refused to reimburse them. But after Ford told them not to try to fix it, I was done with Ford after 30 years.
Luckily, Junge is also a Chrysler dealer (among other brands) and my wife and I really loved the Cherokee they let us take home for a weekend. We happened to see the TH on the lot when we brought the car back, and the rest is history.
Good dealers can make all the difference in an other wise crappy experience.
