Default 2001 XJ problems?

My 01 (only in rain) or after its sat for a day or two of no driving.... My windows will intermittently go up /down sometimes not do anything. Radio won't work. Wipers don't work. My dash will light up random lights... But I can shut it off restart it and everything will be fine. It's like a hit or miss thing doesn't always do it... Not sure what to invest my time into looking at. Because it's multiple things but I'm thinking something somewhere has moisture and may just need cleaned... But what is the problem...

My 01 also only runs about 10psi at fully temped idle and my gauge sometimes drops to 0. Now have a mechanical gauge on and it never drops past 10. Thinking maybe my cluster could be going bad. Idk. Any help is appreciated

I am no expert but I think most would say check your ground wires. Especially at the firewall. There are others too. Clean and tighten. Won't hurt to check them anyway as they are the cause of lots of issues.

Like above check the grounds or check the fuse panel in the passenger kickpanel. If you have a water leaks in your jeep chances are itll run down into the fuse block there and possibly have it extremely corroded. Had that happen to a friends jeep and stumped him for weeks.

Yep. Check the grounds (there are a few up under the dash, under the carpets, scattered around hiding from you), check the fuse box. Dry things out. Clean the fuse box contacts with CRC contact cleaner. Pull the fuses (one at a time so you don't get confused), spray, put the fuse back in and take it out a few times. Spray each time.

Grounds need to be cleaned to shiny metal. All parts. See my sig, #1.

It's good to add some dielectric grease when reassembling.
