I bought my 1998 Cherokee Sport 4x4 for $1200 (asking $1800). She has 358,000km but I realized that was low after looking at the High Mileage threads here.. so I own my XJ thanks to you all! lol.

Needed a full tune-up, battery/cables, rear breaks and a few odds&ends, but my To-Do List is getting bigger the more I visit this site (like tires, locker, trimming, more lift). She's worse on gas than I thought, but better than my Suburban lol.

Paid $1,000 for my 1995 XJ SE 4.0 4x4. Had 161,000 miles. Needed a radiator and U-Joint. Rocker panels are rusted out, found replacements for 40.00 each side. To Install then is going to cost me $300.00. With my upgrades Ill Have another $1,500.00 into it.

I paid 2500 for my 97 xj with 88000 miles no rust at all with an 8" superlift rock ready lift with 4.56 gears front and back and locker in rear. It needs an alignment exhaust front brakes and a couple odds and ends. It has a warn rear bumper with tire carrier and a arb front bull bumper with a warn winch. So far besides the 2500 I have $150 in it

I paid 1000 for a 1990 xj with the 4.0 that has 175,xxx on it and a 6 inch lift, with 35s, a steel bumber in the back and to kc lights in the front. But it had the worst paint job ever and it looked like some one tryed to use wood filler as bondo also who ever painted it didn't tape off anything there was overspray on all of the windows and when I lifted up the windshield wipers the stock paint was underneath! Lol

 

$3200 for a 2000 XJ sport with 92,??? on it, very clean. That was 2 years ago this April.

 

spend $2,600 for mine its a 1997 got it with 194,000 miles also its a 5 speed and 4x4 was bone stock now it was a rc 3" lift pro comp black wheels getting 235/75/15 tires to put on it next and also a roof rack

payed $1000 for my 97 black xj.156k with a busted driver seat and bad oxygen sensors and cracked windshield

 

Paid $5300 4 years ago when it was spotless wit 70k on the clock. Now its got 138k is on its second motor an needs a total Makeover on the pass side.

 

Surprisingly it was only the 3rd Cherokee I looked at (originally wanted a YJ). Still have to get a locker, mud tires, and to level out the rear..

 

1991 XJ, brand new BFG 33" on black steel rims, tinted windows, recenrly rebuilt engine (40K Miles before) 225K Miles on the body/tranny. Paid $1600 in 2008 right when gas was $3.68/gal

 

Had a beater 1989 Paided 800 for it drove when I was in HIGH School way back when lololololol but I bought 2 within the last 2 weeks !!!

The Green 1992 was CLEAN SPOTLESS CLEAN and I paided 2,400 sold for 4,600. To nice for me

Now for my 3rd XJ . I just got a 1989 that's in GREAT shape again for 1,600 with 3 owners and 161k (Pictures once I drive it HOME) ... Free Profit JEEP my favorite kind ..... lolololol
