$2000 with 213k even- craigslist buy
Was missing a roof rack, had 4 different set of tires on it that were all bald, was desperately in need of an alignment, and the sprayers for the front wipers didn't work.
Put some 30" all terrains on it, fixed the sprayers, added fog lights, roof rack, and aligned it all for under $600.
could've gotten it for cheaper im sure, but it was payed for with insurance money from my Volkswagen so im not complaining.

FREE with 260,000 miles on it-- sat in a fencerow for five years

but don't even want to add up what we've spent on it! I stopped counting after the lift and tires and all the hose/filters/pumps etc.. to get it running...

and totally worth it...

can't beat getting a free vehicle if it works out... that was the chance we took not knowing if it would be worth it and we got lucky

Rescued the Peep from original owner, $400 at 315000km. Running but in a world of hurt, it was serving 3 years hard labour as quarry jeep of my customer. Spent 1.5 hours underneath with the power washer to get the stone silt out. Mechanically gone over front to back, ton of fresh parts and continuous maintenance and modding, and rolling over 483000 km, driven daily.

Seeing these makes me mad.... 2000 sport 6.5 inch long arm set of 33s and new stock size all terrains, 130,000 miles paid $4000....

Then had to do ball joints, front axle ujoints, breaks, trackbar new tires.... Ugh it got expensive.

$13,000

Mine is a 2001, I bought it in '03 with 29,000 miles on it, still under the factory warranty, hence the high price.
