Dad payed $12,200 (£7750 in the UK) for an immaculate 44,000 mile '98 XJ 4.0 Limited in 2005.
I'm now paying $2350 (£1500) to buy it from my dad with 101,000 miles to make it officially mine.

1998 Limited. 2nd owner XJ with all records. Thing is flawless. Paid $800 with a bad ECU. picked a used one up for $25. Changed the fouled plugs from people cranking it so much and it fired right up. It was a good day

135k on the body
35k on the new motor
only rust is the bottom of the drivers door...rest is clean
bone stock with manual windows and locks
asking 2k for it
see if i can get it for 1500 or little less (cash talks)
