Recharged the A/C today... So that's what it's supposed to feel like!
Now I get to see if I fixed the vacuum leak or if I wasted my money. Hopefully I can at least get through the summer.

You're more than likely going to need to take apart the airbox on the inside and clean the coils as well as the fan... if not actually REPLACE the fan motor. I need to do this in mine, but haven't yet. The air blowing through it is cold, but it's really hard to cool down the relatively large interior against the florida heat.
Wait... just saw you're in South Dakota... maybe it doesn't get as hot there.

PFFFFTTTTT!!!!!! You have a '93 XJ... if all you did is recharge the AC, it's never going to feel like that. Trust me, I have a '92 and it has the same system.

I grew up in Central Texas, so compared to that and Florida, no South Dakota does not get that hot. It does get warm enough though that I wanted A/C.

Well,,after two days of rain,I pulled up my rugged ridge floor liner cause it had water in it, strange, then realized my freshly installed new carpet was soaking wet. Both driver and passenger side, and I mean, if I push on it, water comes squishing out of it. Apparently the window vent things are letting water in and dripping down the door, and onto the carpet. So I siliconed them shut and plan on getting 97 up doors soon instead. I also just realized that I'm a CF veteran now too. Lol

Pulled the a/c compressor, and accumulator off and installed the new bypass pulley. Had to cut it short for my daughter's softball game. tomorrow I'll pull the condenser and tie up the lose ends. Can I just remove the grill to pull the condenser or is it more involved?
