Went to a fundraiser show and shine on an air base next to some awesome planes. Over 60 jeeps were there. Will update build thread with pictures when I get on my computer.

A few weeks ago I had to replace my freeze plugs. Two were leaking. 1 Was a rubber plumbers plug.

It was fairly easy getting the freeze plugs done. Problem came when I was reinstalling the Intake Manifold. Go it on and everything back together only to have ti rev to 6000 RPM immediately on startup and you could hear it sucking air big time. Discovered that the back corner flange was broken off and I could put my finger inside the cylinder on the back side.

Installed new intake and my Jeep runs better now than it has since I have had it. Pretty sure from the looks of the broken part that it has been leaking for some time. Small leak through a crack in the intake.

Went on a Trail Ride in the West Desert of Utah and the Jeep ran fantastic.

Another thing is I was able to wire it up to the factory fog light switch so that I didn't have any of the aftermarket toggle switches dangling around in the cabin. So overall, I'm pretty happy with the installation results.
Hey man, I just bought some LED light pods I plan on using as my fog lights. My jeep didnt come with factory fog lights so I had to buy another panel with the fog light switch. I just wanted a nice clean look so I thought this would be the best way. Any tips on how to wire the lights up to the factory fog switch?

Cut a hole in the armrest and added a couple of can holders, it did not come out as well as I had hoped but it is better than my first try. I took the cup holders out of a ZJ at the junk yard.

Decided to finally get the proper speedo gear in the tcase. Can I get a quick confirmation?

2000 Sport
NP231 Transfer case - "Command-Trac" part-time only - 2.72:1
3.55 - used with 4.0L engine / automatic transmission
31 inch tires

With all that I would be using:
32 Tooth Speedometer Gear correct?

I hope they're fog lights. Most LED pods are a flood or spot beam, and neither of those would help much in fog.

That said, use a wiring harness with a relay like you normally would, and replace the provided switch with your fog light switch. That's how the 30" light bar on my Wrangler is wired.
