Check your state laws on that. IIRC you will have to have the state inspect the vehicle and have the title changed over to rebuilt or salvage title

Depends on your state laws. For instance florida doesn't allow you to run salvage titles for street legal vehicles. If it's totaled buy another jeep and use your old jeep for parts
