What did you do to your Cherokee today?
Parked it inside the garage
NWS is forecasting hail today/tonight so we put the little car up in the garage at the vacant neighbor place, and put the jeep inside our garage. The pickups & burban will have to fend for themselves.

For the past 4-5 months I have had a serious clunk in the front end every time I hit a bump.
I have checked almost everything. Tie Rods, Pitman arm, stabilizer etc. Saturday while crawling around underneath I noticed that the Rubber Bushings on the lower end of the front shocks were completely out of the shock.
Tonight, I pulled the shocks and pushed the rubber bushing back inside the shock mount. Put them back in and drove home.
No more Clunk.
Seems like that should not be able to happen but it did.

Worked on my used RE 3.5" leafs that I got for $100. Guy said they needed new bushings because 3 bolts were siezed to the bushing sleeves. I got all 3 bolts out within an hour by using a drill, a punch, and a hammer.

Just finished putting on a new backbox and Cat. If you shook the cat it sounded like two bricks in an oil drum!!
Now fixed, no rattles. Awesome
