well back to topic..... i got a detention at school because i parked on a snow drift. it was a "dangerous hazard to the other vehicles around me" which btw was no one but 2 dumpsters and a broken down prius 8 spots over.

 

I was riding in my buddy's xj and a bad storm had hit a little while earlier...some trees lay in the middle of the road. A guy who lived right by the trees was out directing traffic to turn around. He waves us down and says "son I think you're gonna have to turn around and just follow these other cars... They're all going back and around another way."

Needless to say we didn't take his advice...

 

Someone I know said the same thing to me, so I bought a 2500 Suburban as a tow rig.

 

"Why don't you just trade it in for a 4dr Wrangler"

The 4dr JK with a hard top looks suspiciously similar to my wife's '99 XJ four door. Who's the wanna be now?

 

I ran over a downed telephone pole in the 88 XJ I had before. It was raining so hard that I couldn't see very far and I was cruising at about 55 mph, I hit the brakes when I saw it but still hit it doing at least 30 or 35. I pictured a punctured oil pan or broken steering/suspension parts. The only thing that got broken was my fog lights. The XJ is a tank.

 

i go to a school with about 3000 and im the only one with a xj one chick has a wrongler and she hates me now

 

I wouldn't let her hate on me! I love a girl with a jeep! My chicks got the 2008 liberty not a trail ride but sure is nice in its own way lol

 

How about we keep on track and not go off on all these tangents we have been of late.

on topic- i brought a friend out to the stix and told him to put on his seatbelt and he basicly called me a badname and didnt put it on, about the third time his head hit the top , he got the idea

Nice. Someone driving a 2WD Wrongler asked me "What would you need a 4x4 Jeep for, my real Jeep gets around just fine, roads are paved you know." I couldn't help but laugh in his face.

Wow um just wow laughing in his face just doesn't quite express the right emotions

 

It actually happened to me today! I walked in with the old battery and said I needed a new battery for my 2001 Cherokee Sport, 4.0. He gave me a battery for a Grand. When I called him on it, the kid that was half his age started laughing at him from behind the counter.

That was priceless!
