I'm in the middle of installing my tcase drip and one of the bolts broke off in the frame. Heres some pics. Anyone have any ideas on how to get it out?

Only other way is to drill the hole, pull the seat and carpet, Then cut a hole directly above it and install a nut. Then make a removable patch so you can assess it later. I would drill and tap though, alot better but it's an option if all else fails.

I feel your pain....be REAL CAREFUL if you want to try EZout. I broke mine and is all history.
Body shop wants $150 to cut out frame and reweld another nut .

Cutting a hole on the floor will be my next project .

I'd be suing the body shop if they cut my frame.... had to go through the floorboard on mine. if you pull the carpet back you'll see a hole where there's a rubber plug, I had to cut just in front of and behind that with a hole saw to get to the other side of that broken bolt. It's not just a nut up there, it's this wierd looking bracket thing.

How big of a hole do you have to cut?
Any problem accessing the nut with a drill?

Don't mean to hijack but thought PO might be interested as well.

I wouldn't bother with a drill either. you just need the hole big enough to get a socket and extension into so you can put a new nut on there. I used an air hammer to knock it in from the bottom.
