Fill a pickup with broken axles and throw it in reverse. Back up towards your bosses lawn and slam the brakes, then haul @$$ outta there.
Actually I have no clue

Haha. I was reading a build on another site where a guy said he fixed his axle unload by mounting a winch under his rig and attached it to the front axle

Like during a hillclimb under throttle, and front end decompresses and gets very light. Causing low traction and possible rollovers depending on the climb.

this made me literally lol

unloading is when the front axle gets "light" causing wheel hop and rearward weight transfer. there are a lot of factors that can cause it. it is common to see it on radius arm type suspensions.

Like a pogostick works, your suspension compresses, then extends.

When it extends beyond where it's limit is, then your vehicle actually will begin to lift one or more tires off the ground. Your axle & suspension unload, and traction is lost.

Going uphill, this can cause an unstable condition.

A "suck-down winch" can help control a vehicle in this condition.
