Default Brake Problems !!!

Its a 95 GC Limited ABS 5.2 auto full time 4wd. From the beginning, ujoint bad in right front axle, pulled it out and fixed it but while putting back together dropped brake pad and broke it. Got a new set and put them on (this is where every thing started). Next day brakes went to locking up. Car starts shaking like a wheel out of balance, after another mile or so steering wheel starts shaking back and forth violently. Stop and get out, right front brakes stink, terrible burnt, make it home and pull brakes off, caliper locked up. Push it back in free it up, put it back together, same thing a couple days later. Then it starts alternating from right to left. Replaced BOTH calipers and hoses, ran 32oz fluid thru it bleeding it, welded up some small notches on nuckle slid, some more new pads, still same thing. Pulled wheels off this morning cant get either calipers to push in to pull calipers off, loosen bleeders and they push in. What up stream will cause this? ABS or Master cylinder? Never had a bit of problems with brakes till I replaced pads.
Thanks
Tim

All I can tell you is sometimes the ABS unit has to be pressure bled, that is fluid supplied under pressure to expel all the air. Luckily, I've never had the problem because I've never had the unit go dry and I'm not looking forward to it ever happening to me. I haven't responded because I'm not sure what to tell you to do about it. I'd just as soon NOT have ABS, but all vehicles come with it now. Wait until you buy a car with an automatic collision avoidance system!
