Help no spark no fuel code P1389

Help no spark no fuel code P1389
So yesterday I got a code P1389 then today went to pull code again won't connect to computer no fuel no spark 1997 jeep xj 4.0 auto. I checked all relays an fuses just cranks an cranks no start

No ASD Relay output voltage at PCM
You said you checked relays....how did you do that? First thing to do is to go into the PDC, power distribution center, the black box under the hood where the fuses and relays reside. Swap the one marked ASD with another relay. These relays are of the same part number so they can be swapped without issue. If that allows the engine to start, then you know what relay to replace.
