My 1991 XJ has a clock which there would not be enough space to do the light switches for the relays, but my son's 1994 XJ does because his just has one of those skinny plates. And that is why we got the idea for something in the space. He wants all those fog light and to do it safely each set should be on its own switch plus a relay with the proper size gauge wire.

I think you misunderstand the purpose of a stinger...although 90% of the ones I've seen either won't work, or would just fold in half and crush the header panel

I think if you were in a situation that would cause your stinger to fold in half the last thing you would be worried about is your header panel.

When it folds over your hood and a fire starts because you stinger didn't stop the flop, you cant get it open and lose a rig completely... that is one of the possible scenarios

For the people who have the white cluster gauges does the white needle on white backing ever bother you? Has anyone thought of painting the needle a different color? I'm probably going to buy the white backings but am thinking about painting the needles a different color.
I pulled a gauge cluster today from the JY so maybe I'll use that as a test run if nobody else has already done so.
