Brambles, I have a Hypertherm Powermax 30 plasma cutter. It's an awesome little cutter!! Never weighed it but it's pretty light. Probably around 90 pounds by the feel of it.

I likey the bumpers, I got a smokin deal on a rear bumper so I bought that but I think I'll have to build a front as there is NO way its in the budget.
I have a miller 375 plasma cutter, but I gotta find a good system to use as a guide for proper standoff and straighter cleaner lines. Mostly I just use it freehand and its not terribly clean when you do it that way.
What do you use?

Brambles, I bought a magnetic straightedge. Only 2 feet long but you can get extensions. Makes straight cuts a breeze. Isn't your Miller a drag tip setup? You should be able to drag it right on the steel with no issues.
Bmikes, thats a nice bumper!! Looks good!
