Pack it in fellas Gary just blew the doors off "home brewed" bumpers. I'd like to add a stinger, winch, and skid, but I don't know how you could get much cleaner than what you've got. How'd you bend the corners? Slick job.

 

Here is mine. Its still not finished yet. Waiting for my cousin to let me borrow his welder so I can make some end caps and some mounting tabs for my Hellas. I also need to grind down my shackle/d ring tabs and get some holes cut in them.

 

I recall in his build thread that he used a formula and cut pie sections out of the tubing, then bent, and welded it back up. He repeated the process several times to get that final result.

 

I build bumpers for all my Jeeps..

Been loving this bumper. Built it when I got the jeep, and later added the hoops / stinger and winch mount.

Winch is also recessed into the grill and sticks out 6" from the front of the jeep.
