Band saw, chop saw, plasma... Band saw is preferred. Makes a clean cut.

Front's still being worked on. I've got a tire carrier framed up for the rear, still haven't decided if I'm gonna use it or not.

front bumper... easiest route and strong enough to hold up the stock im hanging and can handle recovery

If you look around on here and maybe some other forums, and google search it theres pictures and diagrams of mounts for the front. It's real easy

My bumper is in the makes now.. its sitting at school getting capped... Light tabs are being welded on. Now I'm stuck on recovery... thinking about welding these to the bottom of the bumper?? How?Homebrew Bumpers-uploadfromtaptalk1363314672151.jpg

Wont work. The hooks are cast...... they will rip off first tug and might hurt someone.
