Ordered the ruffstuff offset panhard bracket for the axle and some 3/4 Heims so I can use my leftover DOM tubing up to make a panhard bracket. Probably gonna do the steering conversion this weekend.

Good stuff. You're gonna have a sweet setup. Let me know if you have any questions with that linkage. It's pretty straightforward though and you're a smart cookie. I have spent hours getting my linkage to work right with my 242...lol. I'll have to redo it again when my 231 goes in (one fine day)

Defintely. I'm gonna pick it up from the office today after getting back home from work.
I can see it's pretty much straightforward on the t case side, but I m not sure if I would have to take off the shifter on the floor also?

Only if you are going to extend the shifter bracket (and do it right). From what I've seen, that's only necessary with the 242 case. The Boostwerks has an interesting T-case lever, and I think the offset holes on it will allow some flexibility. You want it to work in as parallel of a line as possible.

What's that? Military winch?
This is Tuff winch. Don't know if it's good.
How do ya rebuild it?
This one doesn't have a remote or anything, it came with a fairlead and an in-cabin switch panel

Ah I thought the M stood for "military".
This still work good and all, probably not gonna rebuild it.
Was thinking of getting synethic rope, just to save weight. Since I ll be mounting this to a hitch plate, to use for front and rear.
Probably running wires to front and rear with plugs.
