Shoe Creek isn't too far from you. Flag Pole and the rest of the national Forest. If you go to Jeep Forum in their Va section it has a whole thing for Richmond va. Trails. At least t used to.

So I came back from a long drive today, no trails or anything just a few hours on the highway and when I pulled into my spot I heard a knock noise from the front of the jeep. I pulled out and drove back over a few bumps and it seems to be coming from the front passenger side. By looking at the front steering and suspension I'm thinking tie rod end, drag link, or track bar. Anyone have any similar issues or suggestions?

I run 33" tires, brand new shocks put them on a few weeks ago. Sway bar bushings and ends are new. I'm sitting at 4.5" of lift and have had the lift on for about a year. The jeep has 186000 miles on it. The knock or clunk noise is when moving usually when I have the steering wheel turned and I hit a bump, but also does it sometimes when I hit bumps or potholes. I'm not 100% sure but it sounds like it is front passenger.
Any death wobble at all? Just trying to narrow stuff down. I'm thinking ball joints are starting to go, but it could be a few things. It honestly could be something as simple as the spindle nut
On the top of the passenger front shock is loose and the shock is "bouncing" when you hit a bump. Check for play there, the ball joints, and inspect the tie rods and also track bar bolt at the axle. None may be worn enough to cause any vibrations, but something's loose.
