yup, rad fits perfect anf everything else hooks up but the stock trans lines are made to run into the hard line that wraps around the passenger side of the rad and are on quick disco's well the trans cooler is built into this one on the drivers side and the top one is a high pressure male end and the bottom is a male clamp end

I think he means, getting the right one would be a good solution.

Or redo the tranny lines. If you ask me its worth it to have the tranny cooler

I have an 88 jeep cherokee and it spit and sputters in idle. It's acting like it isn't getting gas to it, we have replaced spark plugs, and wires, fuel pump and filter, checked the injectors, put new gas in it and sea foam, and still spit and sputters. Any advice would be helpful.

Possible heat soak. I have seen this problem before, trying to recall issue

My new fan shroud came in today. So I took the old one out to replace it. This is what was in there:

Sorry, hit the submit button without finishing. After the old shroud was I looked at the fan blades and they are all bent. Sorry, no pics. But the tips are all bent towards the motor. None of the local parts stores carry these. Does anyone know where to get a good or OEM replacement fan? Or is this something I would have to find a JY? Can the blades be bent back without any issues? Sorry about all of the questions. I had considered trying to bend the blades back, but my luck it would break them. So figured I would ask first.

Thanks again all!

When welding with a mig, whats the difference between welding with gas or just electric. Is just cosmetic or is there a structural difference. Getting my first welder. Just trying to learn.

Found one site with replacement fans

http://www.jcwhitney.com/1974-1999-j...74-1999j1.jcwx

Anyone have any experience with these? Or any aftermarket fans?

It's my understanding an inert gas, like argon is used to keep oxygen away, crucial for aluminum. Idk what value it might have for just steel. I'd bet there is plenty on Google....

Gas is going to give you a cleaner weld by far. Flux core is good to learn with on a small 110 machine. Check out the topic of the month welding tips and tricks for more info tho. I run flux wire with gas on my 110 and 220 machine. Some say flux burns hotter on a 110 welder but I have never noticed it that much.
