I used some carb cleaner and sprayed around the mounting surface and the joints on the manifold while it is running if there are leaks or cracks you will notice a change in idle.

not even close. You'll have to trim a massive amount and do some creative massaging to fit those with 3"

Im having trouble with my 98 sport. It is stock and im getting around 14 mpg highway. I just recently put in new plugs and wires and air tires up. What else should I do? I drive with ease and don't accelerate or brake fast.

Not familiar, what would be the problem with that? And how do I go about checking/replacing? Thanks

they get lazy with age - it controls the air/fuel mixture for the engine. Costs about $15 and 2 minutes to replace. It's on your exhaust downpipe right before the catalytic converter

Thanks so much. Should that help a bit? How much average would you estimate I would get mpg by replacing it?

Anyone know if there's a way to upgrade the axle shafts in a Dana 30 with CAD to beefier 2-piece shafts? I don't really want to get rid of the CAD system entirely because I like having it act like hubs, but I do want some strong shafts to accommodate bigger tires. Anyone heard or know of such a thing?
