Question is:
Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac vs. General Grabber AT2 ?
Goodyear gives a little more tread depth, and (in my opinion) a better look. And, I want something a little more aggressive look than the radials on there now. But, there is a budget in here somewhere, and Grabbers are about $40 less per tire. So, preparing for winter, which would you guys go with?
Or, would you recommend something else, entirely? All opinions welcome here. Thanks, guys!

Either way, I suggest you add Firestone Destination tires to your list. I run the M/T flavor and couldn't be happier. Both the M/T and the A/T are at the top of the ratings on Tirerack. Great traction and treadwear on both styles.

I'm not set on any one type of tire. I'm just planning for a 25 mile commute all winter, along with a more aggressive tread. I hadn't looked much at Firestone since a Firestone shop refused to put any size but factory original on another vehicle of mine.. just sort of rubbed me wrong. But, I suppose that doesn't mean the tires have to. Just trying to budget in the $600 range, if possible.

Just put new speakers in the heep. only did it cause the stock ones suck, and the front passenger door speaker didn't work. put the new ones in and the front passenger door speaker still doesn't work. Its a 98 classic with factory cd player. I'm wondering if these decks are prone to burning out channels, or do I need to re-wire that speaker?

I'm also curious if u make the inlet on the stock air box bigger or a second hike in the side if the box, would that mess up any type of vacuum pull into the TB? I know that sounds like a wierd question just curious
