So i recently found out my power steering is leaking. What could be wrong with it, and how much will it cost roughly?
That depends. How long is a piece of string?

Without ANY problems? Bottom of the axles. Everything gets annoying from there.
Axle, transmission, and transfer case breathers need to be relocated up. You should take apart every electrical connector and make sure dielectric grease keeps water out of it. Be careful putting grease in the tiny pins as it will stop them from working. Distributor should get same treatment. Your may slip when wet, alternator may short out, TPS may short out, and so on. Up to the doors is REALLY pushing it, you're going to need to change pretty much every fluid afterwards, most importantly the axles. A cowl intake will help you avoid water contamination in the intake.

The age doesn't help. Most people don't even maintain their engine. Not many rigs still have fully functional water crossing capabilities. Hoses dryrot, clamps get loose, grease dries, things don't get hooked up correctly over 20+ years of maintenance and repairs. The best route is to look over everything before attempting a water crossing
so which wire on the relay would I run the switch off of? Like what color? the kill switch was my first ever electrical job. And that was with brief instructors from someone out of town. So I'm clueless about most of it. Did it anyway so I could take more pride in my jeep and say I built it to what it is.
The pink and black is power. The black is ground and the middle for the gauge on the connector. Attach it to the black then since it's ground?
Easiest way to do it at this point would be to put your switch in line with the black wire. Basically wil function as a "ground interrupt" kill switch. Switch on = fuel pump enabled (closed ground). Switch off = fuel pump disabled (open ground).
