I guess I will make a thread at some point, but what kind of 242 would I be looking at? Can I bolt it up to an AX-15 transmission?
And should I be worried about the "extra play" in the 242 that I have been reading about (apparently you will feel the t-case load/unload when you are shifting)?

Lucky you lol.... I'm not a fan of the Wrangler Radials. They did a good job with the Wrangler Authority though, imo.

Any OEM tire is going to be more biased towards being cheap instead of good. I was just comparing the 2 OEM options on the Patriots(SRAs vs Eagles) both of which are an economy tire that don't perform very well at anything, IMO. Jeeps with traction control, Brake Lock Differentials, and Electronic Skid Protection perform amazingly on even those crappy(still just my opinion...lol) tires but with proper tires are much much better. Stick those tires on an older vehicle without traction aids or in my case a truck with all the weight up front and you get a very dangerous situation especially with new drivers and people who aren't very "in-tune" with their cars. I saw it this past holiday in Michigan. The first bit of snow/slush and there were cars all over in the ditch and most of them were trucks. People think truck, 4wd, I'm invincible, and then the end up in the ditch. Throw a good set of winter tires or all terrains on those same vehicles and they might not have ended up in the ditch or been able to compensate. It could also just encourage them to drive faster and get in a worse wreck too...whoops [/rant]

But ok now we're just hogging the thread haha
Occasionally not always. Seconds after starting my Jeep the dash goes crazy. All the lights on the dash flash...go off and on. Headlights go off and on and a blinker like clicking is heard during the 15 - 20 second event. this has happened several times now and was told it might be a computer issue. Any suggestions. It is a 2006 Grand Cherokee 5.7 Hemi, Automatic transmission with 3.73 gears front and back. I appreciate any input you have. Thanks

I want to get a whole new exhaust system on my xj due to the massive leak I have and i have a few questions.
1. I have a 2000, does anyone know if the 2 piece header system is any harder to remove/install compared to the one piece
2. can i just put my old cat back on the new pipes?
3. Does anyone have the dynamax cat-back and if so, how does it sound?
