In jeep terms what does sport mean? As in 2000 Cherokee sport.

And this is another dumb question but how can you tell what type of lift you have? How big it is?

Sport is the package your jeep has

You don't need a battery to make the car run just electronics and to get it to start. Instead of jumping with cables he used his battery and once your car was running the alternator charged your battery up

I've also noticed something with the A/C of my Jeep. It seems to leak Freon when I move the switch inside the car to either Vent or Defrost. But when I switch between Max, Bi-level, and normal, the freon lasts forever... Why does the freon leak on Vent & Defrost? I just wanna know why because during the winter it's nice to have it on vent... but I guess from now on I'll just roll the windows down and avoid switching between vent and defrost options.

and another thing... sometimes, very rarely when I drive the car and I brake and stop at a red light I feel the engine rev up a lil bit, even though I'm fully braked and not touching the gas at all and it accelerates and moves the car a tiny bit... it's weird... What could it be?

no D30s have posi-lock. Early XJ D30s had a vacuum disconnect that could be turned into a posi lock, but those axles are weaker than the later models. They went from the disconnect axles to standard in 1991.

i have an engine code question. i flashed it, gave me solid 5 seconds of "check engine" then 3 seconds of pause, then 5 one second apart flashes, following another 5 one second flashes.
----- - - - - -...- - - - -

on a side note it gave me another different one but i was still scrambling for a pen lol. i wasnt fast enough to take it down but i presume its just an 02 sensor. i'll try it again later. any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks CF community.

I may be wrong but I believe "code" 55 is the end of the check.
