XJ Ask the Question Thread
well the renix jeeps like ours tend to be quite touchy when it comes to electronics. Take for example the ABS system. One faulty electronic ground wire sets the compressor off without letting it know that you don't need it and then you have a 15,000psi bomb sitting in your engine bay. There are many more, but thats the one i like. But it might not be a sensor, I haven;t ever had to look into starting problems besides when my NSS went out, which is not your problem. Somehow I think it could be related to fuel. Maybe the fuel cuts out when you let off of the key?

I have an 01 cherokee. AC blows cold but when the control **** is in the re-circ position the air splits between the windshield and dash vents obviously taking away from the dash velocity. Is this a "nature of the beast" problem or is there a remedy?
thanks
thanks

I hope this isn't too god awful dumb but I didn't have time to look around. This hose is leaking BAD. More so spraying when it runs and revs. Im thinking an oil line, but not super sure. Can you confirm? THanks
If i'm not mistaken, thats your transmission oil line going into your radiator to be cooled off. IDK for sure though, just my 2¢
I could not find anything by searching, so I'll try here.
I have a set of 14 inch wagon wheels, that appear to have 4 inch backspacing. My 98 has factory 15s, will 14 fit? How big of a tire can I get in that size?

Sent from my iPhone using the mud i dont wash off of my Cherokee...
so i just bought my first jeep and boy does she need work.theres some wires coming out of the transfer case onthe backside. right in front of the stamp on it all 4 wires are completely broken. what do they go to and how hard is it to replace them. its an 88 cherokee pioneer and the transfer case is the 231 amc
I know what a Jeep is...I dont know what a thread is...Cant seem to find the place to ask the question. The 91 Jeep is running great but too lean still..Is it possible the fuel pump is not putting out the pressure it should to lower the NOX to pass emissions and still be running that good?
