Does anyone have designs or CAD files for ZJ frame-rail plating? I can't really find anyone that sells a whole kit to plate the frame-rails. I found a kit from IRO that does the center section but I need to either:

A: find another ZJ with good body...doubt it
or
B: plate the rear unibody section(specifically drivers side) ASAP

My other option is to crawl in there and make a cardboard template or something, but it's soooo cold...I broke down and bought a small propane heater so I can at least attempt warming up the garage...

They're where they're supposed to be? If you look at the line where the seat is they're only a few inches behind that. They come over the seat and over your shoulder, you just can't see the front one is just like that because the pillar is in the way.

Any body ever change the door pins out in a 97+ the saggy door issue Can you just bore out out the hinge and put bigger pins in easily ? or is it better to cut the hinge off and weld a new one

The issue I have on my drivers side hinges is that the metal on the lower hinge is actually stretching and elongating the hole...if that says anything

Is the pin loose or is the bracket rotating? If the pin is just loose knock out the old sleeves and install new ones. McMaster Carr sells sleeves that fit (5/16" ID)

I need to replace my blower motor and when looking at how-to's, it simply says to remove the old one and replace it. The thing is the windshield wiper reservoir seems to be in the way and nowhere mentions this. Is it easy to remove? Since it's winter I keep it pretty much full at all times so I wouldn't want to start unbolting it and it starts leaking everywhere.

similar to this (right next to the firewall you can see the reservoir)

I removed it the other day. Fairly easy. Shouldn't leak unless you disconnect the lines under it which require some force. Lol

From the looks of it its the holes becoming stretched but doors starting drop quite a bit when open

easy peasy. Take the tank off and disconnect both pumps (wiring harness and fluid tubes) - they just pull off and will only leak a little if you're quick about it.

3 screws hold the motor in place. Just pull it out, cut the wires, swap the squirrel cage to the new motor shaft, splice the factory harness wires with the new motor wires, and screw in the new blower motor.

My jeep is fine in normal city driving but when I get up to around 65 mph on the highway stuff starts vibrating more than I am comfortable with. I have no idea what the issue is. Any clues or things that I should look at? Any ideas of what it could be?

It also appears that the owner of the jeep in the pic perhaps folded down the seat to use the cargo space and failed to put the shoulder belt back in front of the seat when they folded it back... making the location of the belt appear strange.
