Yes, you can run 2" spacers up front but remember that all of your front-end geometry changes.
What parts did you install exactly?
By the way, distance from tire to fender flare basically means nothing to the rest of us due to the different diameters of tires. Stock ride height is measured from the center of the hub caps to the bottom of the fender flare. Factory XJs measured 17" front and 17.5" rear.

I will need to get an adjustable track bar once the jeep is leveled out.
My measurements from the center of the hub to the fender is 20" in the front and 23.5" in the rear. I feel like the shackle angle could contribute to the height difference, but it really isn't bad enough to relocate them at the moment.

I ended up picking "S" bend wrenches, offset wrenches, and some stubbies at HF. I figured they only needed to hold up to about 50 ft/lbs. Much easier

If he had suggested removing the evap system, it'd be different

So if the cat rusts out AND falls off and a straight pipe were installed that would be OK?
Don't mean schmitt to me really, was only poking a little fun into my morning.
Hard enough to keep Heeps running with all the parts, let alone missing some.

No, because installing a straight pipe is blatant and intentional removal of emissions equipment. He didn't say he removed his evap system

This is a rare occasion where I'm actually wrong about Comanche specs. They changed the Eliminator to allow 4WD starting in '91. It *was* exclusively 2WD.

Which can't even be wispered about.
