Wooooow...so I got the last shock on...and decided to investigate why my carpet get so wet in the back when it rains...Hm...wish I would of left it...
Ended up pulling all the back carpet out all the way down under neath the back seats....
Well come to find out under the rear seats where the jack is the floor boards are RUSTED through!!! Lol, I swear if ain't one thing its another!
So my question now would puttin a piece of sheet metal down and like siliconing it down work or should I weld a piece down over it?????
Sincerely..
A person who Needa advice aaaagain!
Oh and ps....I'm going to sand everything down...paint wise and herculiner it all...no more carpet...

Anyways the best way (especially if you're going to remove the carpets) is to weld in a replacement panel. The floor is part of the unibody structure so you either need to screw it down really well, or weld it. If it's just a small area you can just make patches, but if it's a large area like mine, I recommend preformed replacement floor panels that you weld in. They sell front / back separately for each side, or the full side pan.

No power inside jeep.
Starts up
No gauges
No lights
Unless I connect the radio wires that are yellow and red.
Constant power and switched power
I was wiring a new radio and don't know what happened

I went to the blessing of the Jeeps this past weekend in Mesick, MI. On the ride home (highway) my jeep started the dreaded "death wobble". I had to drive the rest of the way home on secondary roads as the speeds on those roads were lower and my jeep didn't wobble at lower speeds.
Once I got home and was able to check out the jeep I noticed that my control arm bushings are pretty much shot. They seem to be the original bushing's. I know I have to replace them but I was planning on getting adjustable control arm's as the ones I have are the original and I have a 4.5 lift now.
My question is, the cost is a bit prohibitive to get all new at once. If I was to choose between the upper or lower which should I get? My axle needs to be kicked forward some and I was just wondering whether the upper or lower were the most important?
