I have it parked next to my 89 Comanche which runs. I swapped the relays over, no change. No fuel pressure at the test port. The Comanche has the resistor, but the Cherokee does not have it. There is some old audiovox security system box there. I followed the leads on it, they are disconnected at one end, the other end goes to a key box in the truck. I don't have the key, neither did the previous owner. It ran fine yesterday. I can't find the resistor!

I have a 8.25 from a 96 xj. Going to throw it into my new 96 xj that has the 35. Is it going to be worth throwing it in? I have heard that I want the 8.25 from a 97xj+ because it has 29 spline.
I guess I'm just asking if it will be worth my time to drop it in. about 250k on the 8.25 axle. Thoughts or opinions?

I did exactly what you are wanting to do. I did rub initially, but I ended up putting on ZJ front lower control arms. They are welded boxed tubing and built with an offset. I no longer rub at full lock, may be worth looking into.

How does one keep wheels from being stuck when you take the lug nuts off?
Also is there a trick to taking them off when they're stuck? Trying to rotate the tires on my wife's tj and the front wheels are being big fat *****es lol
