How do i get the plastic off around the steering column? Is there a way to remove the plastic and still drive the Jeep normally? (wanna paint it)
Also is there a way to remove the dash, like the WHOLE thing, but have the gauges still mounted in? Also for paint but still need it as a daily.

They don't show one for your 1993, but if you download the parts list that covers yours and the parts list for the 2000 and look at the parts diagrams they may be similar enough that the procedure is the same. If not look for the service manual that covers your Cherokee.

Not smoking with the 35s back on the front. It had stock rollers before because of the tow dolly, and the forward rake may have been the problem. Still gonna do an oil change.
Edit again:
Smoke when I started driving it, and still a horrible tap. Using my patented flathead stethoscope, I narrowed it down to the lower half of the engine, toward the front. That's the camshaft area if my limited knowledge of engine internals is correct.
Still gonna do an oil change, probably tomorrow night, and hope it goes away. Filled the tank while I was out, and no change (syco).

How do you decide which ball joints to use? I know mine are shot, I have back and forth camber play in my wheel. My question is do I need adj. Ball joints? I'm getting excessive wear on the outside of my tires, I'm assuming is from the worn joints. I'm lifted to 4.5" which shouldn't affect anything on a solid axle, correct?

Well you're old now. Lol
Might be glycol burning. Try disconnect a spark plug or injector one cyl at a time to narrow it down.

I did a driveway alignment and then took it to a shop as soon as I could. They said I had it pretty dialed in, though my caster was a little off but that's because I went a little cheap and got fixed lca's. They also said I would need ball joints soon. Now that I'm gonna replace them I don't know if I need the fixed or offset.
