What about the power supply to the gauge cluster? The gauges are LED also but I dont want to tempt the Chrysler wiring. I'll tap into the switch panel light wires for my LED bulbs that cut on with the headlight switch.

If while driving, it has to do with coolant flow and/or air flow. Passages in the radiator can become blocked (common), and block passages could be restricted.
Fins on radiator and condenser get blocked with bugs and grit/sand, limiting airflow. I blast them with compressed air occasionally, from the inside out.
Have to cover ALL the bases when it come to this cooling system.lol
^^ This. In addition the shroud around the fan plays a huge part at lower speeds. Without it, the fan just pulls air around the radiator instead of through it.

You won't go anywhere Either saves gas or wastes it, depending on your perspective...

If new seals start leaking soon, and you didn't tear them on install, that's usually a sign that the bearings behind them are on the way out. Too bad it's the front shaft for you (most people develop a leak on the main shaft) - the outer bearing isn't so bad but the needle bearings are kinda dumb.

One step ahead of you salad lol. You spotted my blonde moment though (and im gray) because I had forgotten I did that. I've switched all my gauge bulbs to LEDs. So should the stock gauge supply wire hold up to two LED gauges?

For sure. Most LEDs draw 1/10th of their incandescent equivalent (if that)

last question for a while, Is the reason for lack of space in engine compartments in everything newer than 1970s, I guess, due to aerodynamic improvements?

But that capacitor still gets very hot, under dash, driver side. 1996. Haven't figured that part out yet.

Smaller vehicles, more EPA mandated bull**** under the hood.

Are you talking about the resistor?

That's it, resistor. It gets hot when leaving a door open, which activates seven interior lights in stock locations.

IDK '96s run on black magic and blood sacrifice as far as I can tell. The parts books are written in Runic.

What resistor is this that gets hot? For record, kick panel lights are LEDs now too. Need to convert the top two roof lights then everything save for the switch panel/HVAC panel will be LED, and those will be soon to follow.

Anyone know what tubing size is good for bleeding brakes?

I won't have a helper and I want to try the tube in the fluid method.
