That is not a bolt that is cranked very tight either, that would prevent shackle movement.
I have a 93 XJ 4wd 6 cyl. that just recently started having brake issues, it goes soft sometimes like it is out of fluid but fluid is full, still stops. It also gets really hard and the booster starts making a rumbling noise, or at least i think it is the booster making the noise. Could this be caused by a bad master or a bad booster? The pedal has pressure when i stop but creeps down. If i start driving at idle and continue for a moment the rumble and hard brakes happen and i just tap the brake and it stops. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
