if ya'll had to go with 9" rear drums, which manufacturer would you choose for drums, shoes, and spring hardware?

Pulled the rear trim, ground the paint off, cleaned the connector and reinstalled the ground with dielectric grease and no change

"Mobil/12.5 oz. (354.369 g.) wheel bearings, chassis, suspension, universal joints synthetic grease"

Is this the right type of grease to use on my slip yoke? I'm getting a pretty ridiculous clunking when shifting between drive/reverse/park and I figure greasing the slip yoke is a simple first step to take...

What year do you have again? (I'm on the app) <1995 have ATF doing that

96. I questioned whether or not it had transmission fluid doing it, but I didn't think it did.. I'm assuming it's as simple as taking off the front u-joint straps, sliding the slip yoke off, and then greasing the splines coming out of the transmission...?

Actually, now that you said that I'm beginning to question myself since I'm 2wd, lol. Happen to know if the 2wd slip yoke is lubricated with ATF?

Ah '96 2WD. That'd be rear yoke straps lol. On later models 2WD is a dry yoke, I'd guess it's the same in '96

Ehh darnit. I may as well still check right? ATF isn't gonna come pouring out if I pull off the slip yoke is it? I really don't know what else to do past that. Any suggestions? I would stab a guess at it being the transmission mount but I had my brother sit in the Jeep and shift between drive and reverse and I could see all of the slack in the output of the transmission. I think I took a video that I could possibly post...
