Hmmm, I guess it could be. I've never seen one either. Didn't know it ever had one.

I use Chilton manuals for my Jeeps but your best resource, IMO, is the internet and Jeep forums in general.

This forum and NAXJA can give you any bit of info on a Jeep Cherokee you could ever want. Just search for it.

A manual can help with replacing a part. But a good forum will help diagnose a problem and help fix it along with countless other things.

does anyone know if a Chrysler reardiff swap from a 93 sport will be smooth into my 94 country currently has the trac lok dana 35 both have leafs, also will have to swap front diff as the replacement pair 50.00 is geared 308 mine is 355 or should I just wait till I can find a different choice? no immediate failure just some silver paint at the bottom and a bit of wear on the pin.

They'll be a direct swap.

Though, I don't think I'd want to be going down in gear ratio.

I'll check the CPS...
In any case, not like it's holding the drive-train in together!
Probably not necessary as it may have been designed by the original engineer who needed to pad his OT hours for the kid's trust fund.

Thanks for looking. Jim
