well... ive asked a few questions about my jeep and since we have figured out the motor is blown, i have found a jeep that doesnt need any work thats already lifted, so heres my new questions, should i buy this other one and use mine for parts or get a motor for mine and then lift it later, and there is a hole in frame/unibody in mine also. so what do u guys think?

Depends on how attached you are to the other one and condition of both.

Pictures of either? Price?

im attached to mine bc its my first but its been giving me more and more problems,it has a hole in frame, needs the motor, o2 sensors, front and rear universals, lift, tires, etc and the other one i think its a 96 its already lifted 4+, has nice aftermarket winch ready bumper, looks pretty clean and they only want 2400 for it. havent tried it out tho. mine is 97 so everything should be close if i use it as parts.

Sounds like I'd sell the old one and buy the new one.

Hole in the frame? Retire it to a parts Jeep unless you want to fix that.

But don't think that a lifted Jeep for $2400 doesn't need any work done to it...

Yeah, this too...

It's going to need something... Perhaps it's in better shape then yours. Pictures of both would be helpful to give my opinion.

Splurge a few more bucks and go get this one.

That way you have more parts from your old one that will work for the new one.

What's the difference between 2-ohm and 4-ohm? Pertaining to subwoofers. I'm looking at these shallow mount Rockford fosgates.

Affects the circuitry of the amplifier. Some amps can only handle 4 ohm drivers, if you have one you'd need to run two 2 ohm speakers in series. Just make sure your amp can drive whatever you're looking at
