I am pretty convinced its a scam.
Still though.. most of the scams ive seen use **** poor english..this guy knows how to use punctuation lol.
He also wanted it shipped USPS global.

This sure seems scammy but a guy text me about my canon camera I have for sale online.
He said he is in the military and wants me to ship the camera to west africa (this is what deterred me)..
But he said he would paypal me the $$$ before I sent anything..
Should I give him my paypal address or is that even too risky?
he gave me what appears to be a legit address:

Like I said earlier: "...there's horror stories out there".
I gave up on Paypal years ago for a bunch of stuff (I want to see a minimum of 100 positive comments on eBay ...and there should be recent ones ...and there better be a dang good reason for any negative comments); there's too many arcane rules that an unscrupulous buyer can leverage using Paypal.
The buyer simply cannot screw with your payment if you insist on an Amazon gift card though.
Otherwise, sell it locally as other's suggested.

Accept the paypal payment, then never send the camera. That's what I'd do.
