I just replaced the cat' a couple of weeks back. Run your engine for 20 minutes or so: my sensor wouldn't frickin' budge until I tried that. (A long-ish 7/8 wrench helped, even then.)

...as for penetrating oil, I've lately started using CRC Freeze-Off. Stuff is magic (and yeah, I also swear by PB Blaster, and the rest of the pantheon of penetrants ...but the F-O stuff was a revelation).

Back to seafoam... The brake booster hose runs air to all cylinders right?

Negative, it sits to one side of the throttle body. To get all cylinders with the same amount the throttle body is the way to go.

My pops used this mechanic tool that slow dripped gumout while the engine was running way back when.

The bottle says to make sure whatever vacuum line you use to make sure it feeds all cylinders.

Oh I've seen it before lol. Just saying that the brake booster on a 4.0L manifold doesn't evenly hit all of the cylinders due to it's placement.

cruiser54 often refers to this old tool called a paper cup that he'd fill with water that works a similar magic

Is a super 88 kit the only way to eliminate c-clips on an 8.8?
