First check your transmission fluid to see if it is still full then look at the colorand smell the end of the stick. If the fluid is a Pinkish clear and has no offensive smell it should be OK. If it is low, has a burnt smell and is a brownish color...CHANGE IT.

How long does it take to remove and replace the intake exhaust gasket?

Also is there a homeade way to pull the factory inlet fuel line to the fuel rail?

Takes me 25 min. So about a hour or 2

2. Do you think JB weld would temporarily hold an exhaust crack to get my o2 running right so i can pass emissions?
