Check the wiring first. May save you a huge headache.

It's gone be either of those two. Buying it in 20ft sticks price difference shouldn't be much I'm worried about weight lol
I made a second one from 1/2 square, tons of triangles and it was super strong.Originally Posted by 94XjSport94

X2 a volt meter can save you the BS of having to do all that stuff. I just did my headlights tonight and a loose connection made my low beams not work so you have to check everythingOriginally Posted by NewKindOfClown

Yes. The OBD2 4.0L-powered Jeeps that do not have 'federal emissions' (California package in 2000, everywhere 2001+, and in the TJs of the same vintage, too) are all one pre-cat O2 sensor installed in the downpipe on the driver's side (above the front drive shaft) and one immediately after the catalytic converter.Originally Posted by BimmerJeeper
Does the 1998 XJ have 1 pre-cat O2 and 1 post-cat O2 ?

My 2000(4.0, auto) keeps bogging down and stalling. While driving the engine will just randomly die. Sometimes my revs drop first, sometimes it just dies with no warning. I can almost always get it started again right away. But the problem persists. Its been doing this for a couple of weeks, now. I changed my fuel pump(because it needed it), but that did not stop the random engine cut off.
Any ideas/thoughts?

Rear window wiper stopped working while I was out of town and my wife had the jeep. Doesn't make a sound or even give a hint that it is trying to move. Anyone had the same problem?

Do the front wipers still work?
Start with checking fuses and make sure the front wipers work. IF they all check out i would open the back hatch up and check if there's power going to the motor.

It dies while in gear? Test your TPS, try moving some relays around like the fuel pump and ASD. Might be CPS though. If you post a new thread I'm sure guys like cruiser54 and tjwalker will post their writeups (or you could just search for them)Originally Posted by zimbobwye
